"Received a bottle with nothing inside"
I just got a bottle that’s completely empty! It was meant to have 30ml of product, but not a drop is coming out. I've reached out to their customer service and I'm just waiting to find out if they'll give me a refund or send a replacement. Honestly, my first experience with them has been terrible! So disappointing. It really feels like a scam operation.

I've been trying out Skin Chemists stuff for just over a year, and honestly, I wouldn't switch to anything else. "Great non-greasy sunblock for fair skin"
As a redhead, my skin tends to burn at the slightest exposure to sunlight, so I've always had to be super cautious when outdoors. I'm really pleased with SkinChemists' Wrinkle Killer SPF 50 Face Cream. It’s not oily, and although it takes a bit to work the thick cream into my skin, it absorbs nicely, leaving my face feeling soft and looking matte—no shine at all, which is just right for going bare-faced or putting on makeup. Plus, it genuinely protects and hydrates my skin. I’ve even noticed a reduction in my wrinkles!

I truly enjoyed this item. It's creamy and soaks in well. You can apply it beneath your makeup. After only a couple of uses, I saw that my lines appeared less pronounced. I’ll definitely be purchasing it again.

I really don’t want to sound like a broken record, but I've been satisfied with Skin Chemist for at least the past eight years. So, just keep doing what you're doing; I can't find anything to complain about, except to say great job!
